NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
The certificate has expired or is not yet valid
Seen in Chrome, Edge, Brave
The site's TLS certificate is outside its validity dates, so the browser can't trust the connection.
Common causes
- The certificate expired because renewal failed or was forgotten.
- A renewed certificate was not installed on every server or load balancer.
- The visitor's device clock is wrong (common on new or long-offline devices).
How to fix it
- Renew the certificate and reload the web server; automate renewal with ACME.
- Check every server behind the name serves the new certificate.
- If only one visitor sees it, ask them to correct their date and time.
