No response arrived within the time limit, during connection or while waiting for data.
Common causes
- A firewall silently drops packets to the port.
- The server is overloaded or the application is stuck.
- A broken network path or MTU problem.
How to fix it
- Check whether the port answers at all, and how fast.
- Look at server load and application logs.
- Test from another network or region.
